ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND COMMUNITY RIGHT-TO-KNOW (EPCRA OR SARA)

What you do at your company may affect your employees, your community and the environment. Therefore, you may be required to make information, such as types of chemicals used, available to the government, emergency service providers and the public. The information you provide will be implemented into a community or state emergency plan, but your facility should have its own emergency plan so that emergency’s are dealt with correctly.

ESPL can help your company prevent emergencies and be prepared should an emergency occur. ESPL will formulate Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Planning and Contingency Reports and train your employees in their implementation.
